SINGLE COMPONENT TILE ADHESIVE DESCRIPTION

It is cement based polymer modified ready mix excellent tile adhesive. USES For the permanent fixing of ceramic and mosaic tiles on walls and floors.

APPLICATION

All surfaces should be sound, clean and free from any contamination like grease, oil, loose particles etc. Before application, the surface and tiles should be pre wetted properly. Mix Sunfix TA with water (waster & powder ratio 0.2 to 0.25) and stir till a smooth paste is obtained. Spread the paste on the surface to a uniform thickness of 2 to 3 mm. Place the tiles firmly into position by twisting action. Choose work area so that the tiles can be fixed with in open wet time of so that the paste which is approximately 20 mins at 30OC. Powder should be added to water and not vice versa.
Coverage :
3 to 3.5 kg. per sq. meter.

Mixed Density : 1.65 to 1.75 kg. /Litter Water Powder Ratio : 0.2 to 0.25 SHELF LIFE 9 months in unopened condition from the date of manufacture.

PACKAGING

25kg. in Poly lined HDPE bags. HANDLING PRECAUTIONS Sunfix TA is non-toxic and ingestion is to be avoided. Any splashes to the skin must be washed with water.
